Ola Electric Launches Holi Special Electric Scooter Model and Announces Opening of Booking Slots on March 17th & 18th

In March 2022, Ola aims to double their product deliveries to around 15k scooters. The company believes that this can be rightly achieved with some fabulous marketing. The company has planned to make good out of the opportunity presented by the Holi festival this year. With the bookings of Ola scooters rising, the company intends to open bookings in March on the auspicious occasion of Holi.
The automaker has revealed that it is going to bring a special Holi edition colour 'Gerua', in an attractive glossy finish. The company has formally proclaimed that the upcoming booking window for the innovative Ola S1 Pro is going to open on the festival of Holi. The novel special colour, ‘Gerua’ of Ola S1 Pro will only be open for bookings for the two days of Holi, i.e. on 17th & 18th March, 2022.
Only those customers who have made reservations will be entitled for a special early entrance for purchasing the new Ola electric model on 17th March. The customers that don’t have reservations can book on 18th of March. The new Gerua colour scooter can only be booked on 17th & 18th and will not be accessible later. Also, all the remaining ten colours of the S1 Pro will be open for bookings from 17th of March.
Ola electric has also stated that the digital payment will only be allowed for the bookings only on Ola app. The delivery of these new bookings of Ola’s S1 Pro will initiate from April 2022 and be delivered to the doorsteps of respective customers.
The options for engine of the novel Ola e-Scooter contains 2.96kWh (ssS1) & 3.97kWh (S1 Pro) battery providing a range of 121km & 181kms correspondingly on a single charge. Both options are equipped with a ‘Hyperdrive motor’ producing a highest power of 8.5kW. Although the S1 provides a high speed of 90kmph, the S1 Pro delivers a high speed of 115kmph.
Both options of the model offer a high torque of 58Nm. The S1 possesses 2 riding modes: Normal as well as Sports, and the S1 Pro is equipped with a special Hyper mode feature. The battery of the S1 & S1 Pro Ola electric scooters can be fully charged using a portable charger in around 4.48 hrs and 6.30 hrs respectively.
Ola Electric is at present speeding up the production and deliveries of the Ola Electric S1 Pro scooter to cater the prodigious demand from customers.
